The rural roads of Deocharra had long suffered from erosion, uneven surfaces, potholes, and seasonal damage. For villagers—especially students, elderly citizens, and daily wage earners—traveling became difficult and sometimes risky. During the rainy season, certain patches became nearly unusable, isolating families from essential services.
Early in the morning, volunteers and local residents gathered together. With shovels, baskets, and determination, they started leveling the road, filling potholes, removing debris, and strengthening weak sections. The dedication and togetherness displayed by the community transformed the activity into a soulful experience.
